The sisters of intoxicated glory are lead by High-priestess Muffin, and are a special part of D.R.U.N.K. for those who want to devote their life solely to our Lord alcohol. These most loyal servants are especially worthy in the eyes of God and the High-priestess. In addition to the manifest, these nuns must follow a certain code:

1. Thou shall never be sober

2. Under no circumstances shall thou procreate

3. Thou shall take a wow of promiscuity

4. Try to enjoy all of God's alter egos

5. Beer is especially important

6. So is sparkling wine as it makes you giddy, and giddyness is good in the eyes of the Lord

7. Mixing God's alter ego's often makes you more intoxicated and is therefore most righteous

8. There is no such thing as drinking too much God

9. God is appropriate at all hours and in all occasions

10. Thou shall promote D.R.U.N.K. and preach Gods gospel whenever possible
